How it works

Three steps, and you approve the portrait before it's printed.

  1. Send your photos

    After checkout, reply to your order email with a clear photo of each person and pet, plus their names. Old photos are fine for pets who've passed.

  2. Approve your proof

    In 3–4 days you get a digital proof. Ask for changes up to three times. If it still isn't right, we refund you in full before printing.

  3. We print and ship

    Your approved portrait is printed on gallery-wrapped canvas and shipped from a US print partner, usually arriving 3–7 business days later.

Every portrait starts as an AI-assisted draft built from your photos, then an illustrator finishes it by hand on screen: likeness, markings, expressions and the small details you mention.

When do Christmas orders close?

Order by 7 December. That leaves time for your proof, any revisions, printing and US shipping before Christmas. Orders after that date still go out in the order they arrive.

Is it drawn by a person?

Each portrait starts as an AI-assisted draft built from your photos and is finished by an illustrator, who corrects likeness, markings and details. We say this on every page so there are no surprises.

What photos work best?

A clear, well-lit photo of each face, taken at eye level. They don't need to be together in one photo; we combine them. For pets who've passed, any photo you have is fine.

What if I don't like the proof?

Ask for changes, up to three rounds. If it still isn't right, we refund you in full before anything is printed.

Can I add more people or pets?

Yes. The canvas includes up to three members. Each extra person or pet is US$20, added at checkout.
